Important Note on Personal Care Items

For health and hygiene reasons, items from our Personal Care category cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your return with:

  • Original product packaging
  • All tags attached
  • Original receipt or packing slip

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
