Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to serve your needs:

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. International customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may experience additional delays.

Important Exception

For health and hygiene reasons, items from our Personal Care category cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your return with:

  • Original product packaging
  • All tags attached
  • Original receipt or packing slip

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
