All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Personal Care Products

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, items from our Personal Care category cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50, delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. International customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may experience additional delays.

4.3 International Orders

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. TYR Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5.4 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color issues. Your replacement item will ship once we receive your return, with standard shipping times applying.

6. Limitation of Liability

TYR Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
